  • When a client receives a product that is broken, is the wrong size, or is inaccurate, they have 48 hours to return it. Returns without the product can't be handled for a refund.
  • If the error wasn't the customer's fault, stylehouses will pay the shipping costs for the return.
  • Please use the footer of the website to make a refund or exchange request.
  • The consumer can choose to either obtain a refund to their bank account or have the appropriate product(s) shipped out at no additional cost when the item(s) have been returned and examined.
 

REFUNDS

 

stylehouses will act appropriately in the interests of both parties and reserves the exclusive right to accept or deny reimbursements. Purchases are only reversible under exceptional circumstances, such as when the seller materially modifies the item's description after a purchase has been made, when there is a glaring typographical error, or if the seller otherwise fails to deliver the listed product as promised.

Refunds often appear in bank accounts 5-7 business days after being issued. Banks that provide credit cards can take longer to reflect the credit that has been put to the card.
