Cancellation Policy 

 

At Stylehouses, managed by Framy Enterprises, we are committed to providing a seamless and stress-free shopping experience for men’s and women’s clothing. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Framy Enterprises, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to customers on our platform. 

We understand that there may be occasions where an order needs to be cancelled. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and steps for order cancellation. 

Cancellation Before Dispatch 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever happens first 
  • Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our customer support team via email 
  • Upon approval, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days 

Orders Already Shipped 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched 
  • Customers may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy 

Changes or Modifications to Orders 

  • Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed after an order is placed 
  • If modifications are needed, eligible orders must be cancelled, and a new order must be placed
