We strive to ensure every order is delivered on time and in proper condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process and terms. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept the following conditions. 

Delivery Locations 

• Shipping is available to all serviceable pin codes within India 
• International shipping is not available at present 

Order Processing 

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation 
• Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays 
• Once an order is processed, a confirmation email with full details is sent 

Estimated Delivery Time 

Standard delivery generally takes 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location within India.  

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts 

Delivery may fail due to: 

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout 

Recipient not available at the delivery address 

Order refusal or rejection at the time of delivery 

Action: In such cases, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-dispatch after verification. 

Damaged or Lost Orders 

• If an order arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence 
• For lost shipments, a replacement or refund will be processed after confirmation with our courier partners
